Weapons against the common cold

Well, I had to edit this post, because I don't want people to think that all Jamaicans use is "Whites" or "Wray and Nephew Overproof Rum" to cure Colds. I read my comments and Mi 'ave to mek sure that whoever is reading dis, (yardie or from foreign) realize that in Jamaica, when someone is "sick," that Granny will rub you with a whole heap of sinting to mek sure you get betta! ...and dat includes drinking whole heap a bush tea. (So because of the comments, I had to go back and add some ting and ting).

Wray and Nephew Overproof Rum, lemon, salt and Theraflu

Bay Rum is made from the leaves and berries of the West Indian
Bay Tree and Rum. Granny would use this and rub us down if
we had a cold or our joints were hurting.
