Noel Racked Havoc On Some Parts of Jamaica

The Aftermath of Tropical Storm Noel continues to devaste the island. Still reeling from the effects of Hurricane Dean, residents of Jamaica deal with this new assault by nature. The Office of Diaster Preparedness and Emergency Management(ODPEM) working with the JDF (Jamaica Defense Force) have assisted in having food and other supplies airlifted to marooned residents in St. Thomas and surrounding areas.
