FOUR of the five dismissed members of the Public Service Commission (PSC) have filed suit against Prime Minister Bruce Golding's decision to terminate their services.
It seem that Daisy Coke, Michael Fennell , Edwin Jones and Pauline Findlay have asked for a review of their dismissal. The dismissal was stated for grounds of misbehaviour.
Before former Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller left office she tried to to prevent the release of the members.
She was granted and injunction but they were fired before she was able to use it. For more on this check out- Jamaica Observer
