They were part of Shaggy's "Make a Difference Campaign." Many artistes supported the Shaggy and Friends concert in aid of the Bustamante Hospital for Children
I think more entertainers and politicians need to come together for more causes such as this. Sometimes we hear so many negative things on the island we forget that there are so many people there with such giving hearts.
